For over 35 years Jo Mansfield has been helping people find balance, peace and clarity. She is a Holistic Practitioner, Massage Therapist, Healer and Intuitive Medium and the founder of BM Wellness in Bacchus Marsh, which commenced in 2023.

Bringing people together around wellness is nothing new for Jo. Through Cosmic Balance she organised wellness and spiritual expos, psychic reading parties and corporate wellness events. In the early 2000s she ran Total Balance & Harmony, a much-loved Bacchus Marsh shop.

Jo is a Reiki Master and EFT practitioner. Her massage work includes Swedish, Relaxation and Remedial Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Shiatsu, Chinese Hot Stone Therapy, Aromatherapy, Cupping and Slide Cupping.

Jo has also long brought wellness into the workplace. As owner of W&L Corporate Massages she provided therapeutic massage to staff and clients, and BM Wellness continues that today with on-site sessions from 7 to 60 minutes per person and its new Corporate Cupping offer.

I AM Conference grows out of that same passion. It gives people a space to connect, learn and explore their own path to wellbeing, guided by someone who has walked it for 35 years.
